Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

Some of our products are fulfilled on a print-on-demand basis through a production partner Printful. This means items are made to order specifically for each customer and are not held in stock.

Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

If your order includes non-customised goods, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under UK and EU consumer law.

However, this cancellation right does not apply to personalised, custom-made, or made-to-order products.

As most of our products are made to order, once production has started or the order has been fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at nourelshaam@outlook.com as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty or incorrect, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Print-on-demand items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to an issue with your order, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
